Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and re-scheduling within 42 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service to card on file. If you cancel day of appointment it is a 100% charge. In the case I am able to fill the cancellation or re-scheduled appointment the charge will be refunded. No show No calls will be charged 100% of the booked service to card on file. If you are late less then 15 minutes to your appointment that time will be cut out of your service. If you are late more then 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled with a 100% charge of the booked service to the card on file. Re-schedules, after the 2nd reschedule in order to book the service must be pre-paid in full.
