Cancellation Policy
Policies are NOT personal they are there to protect myself, my family and my business. More than 20 minutes late constitutes as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service cost as I cannot fulfill your service at that point. Please be courteous to others and arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. For your convenience, all appointments cancelled 48 hours prior will be free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in full. Re-schedules 3 times in a row will result in going on a waitlist until a monthly client slot opens in which you will then have to pre-pay for services. No-show appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost. If you cancel/no-show 3 in a row, you will no longer be able to book at The Zen Den. Thank you for understanding!
